We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to extending our stay. They even went above and beyond to book an excursion for us at the last minute. The location of this place was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and a great area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The amenities were excellent, with a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and more.
On the downside, there were a few minor issues. The check-in process was a bit slow and there was some confusion during check-out.

The location was stunning - just off a park with a beautiful lake, Maligne Lake, Columbia Icefields, and the various park waterfalls and trails, and the many attractions. Furthermore, by coach after getting off the Rocky Mountaineer to absolute chaos. The room was pet-friendly, top-notch with a couch.
