The breathtaking location by the lake is a major highlight, and the staff displayed genuine friendliness. However, some services were inconsistent, with long waits and restaurant closures being disappointing. The room was beautiful but not quite worth the price paid, considering some issues with housekeeping.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed canoeing at Patricia Lake and went white water rafting, which was thrilling! The lodge's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Perfect spot to relax and catch up around the fire at night!
One downside was that housekeeping could have been better. it was just okay during our stay.

The location of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is truly stunning. The grounds are vast, filled with beautiful trees and lakes. I loved the cozy feel of the Luxury Lakefront Double Suite. it had a lovely terrace overlooking the water. The views were breathtaking at sunset, truly captivating. The staff were friendly and welcomed me warmly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the room lacked proper air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during hotter days. There were no cooling options other than open windows, creating a lot of discomfort and noise. Another downside was the pricy dining options at the lodge. I found the food to be good but overpriced. The quality was high, but it's hard to justify such costs for everyday meals. I'd still recommend this place for its beauty and service but wish for better room climate control.
